Policies and Regulations
A. Procedure
1. Initial Training (Standard Track) Each candidate must follow the following process to proceed with their enrollment at ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education:
Submit their completed application file to the address provided.
For admission into the 1st year: participate in an admissions interview with a jury from the ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education school.
For direct admission into the 2nd to 4th year (no direct admission into the 5th year is authorized): participate in a selection session including technical tests and an admissions interview with a jury from the ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education school.
Have been declared eligible (admissible) by the ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education admissions commission and received their eligibility letter to then be able to proceed with their enrollment.
2. Work-Study Track (Alternance) Each candidate must follow the following process to proceed with their enrollment at ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education:
Submit their completed application file to the address provided.
For work-study admission: participate in a selection session including technical tests and an admissions interview with a jury from the ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education school.
Have been declared eligible by the ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education admissions commission and received their eligibility letter to be able to proceed with the rest of their enrollment.
Successfully pass job interviews with companies wishing to integrate ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education students.
Sign an apprenticeship contract (contrat d’apprentissage) or a professionalization contract (contrat de professionnalisation) and a training agreement with the employer company and ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education.
B. Laptop and Smartphone
The student has duly noted that the use of a personal smartphone and a personal laptop is indispensable for pursuing their schooling at ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education.
This personal laptop must meet at least the following specifications:
Processor: Core i7 or i9 Processor (12th generation),
Graphics Card: with 6 GB of memory,
RAM: 128 GB minimum,
Hard Drive: 1 TB SSD minimum,
For Apple computers, the use of a Windows 11 emulator is mandatory.
The student’s personal smartphone must meet at least the following specifications:
Android 13 phone minimum (with camera) or Apple iPhone with iOS 15 minimum.
C. Tuition Fees
1. Initial Training (Standard Track) Tuition fees at the ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education school consist of the following elements:
Tuition fees for the academic year
Student Social Security
Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC)
a) Tuition Fees Tuition fees at the ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education school amount to €9,900 per academic year, regardless of the study level for which the student registers. A reduction of €3,100 is granted in case of enrollment no later than September 30 preceding the next school year start, thus bringing the annual amount of tuition fees to €6,800.
For students enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year, international tuition fees must be added to the standard tuition fees for an amount of €1,500, to be applied towards tuition and accommodation rights caused by courses relocated abroad (for example in Washington DC or Bangalore).
Tuition fees are lump-sum for any academic year started and payable according to the following schedule:
Enrollments after September 30 of the current school year:
Payment of an amount of €2,400 upon your enrollment.
Payment of the balance in 10 monthly installments of €750.
Enrollments before September 30 of the current school year:
Payment of an amount of €2,800 upon your enrollment.
Payment of the balance in 10 monthly installments of €500.
Your payment must imperatively be accompanied by a copy of these General Terms and Conditions of Enrollment, available at the address CGI, initialed on each page and dated and signed on the last page preceded by the mention “read and approved” (lu et approuvé). If the student is still a minor at the date of signature of these documents, then the parents or guardians must also initial and sign the General Terms and Conditions of Enrollment.
b) Student Social Security Students must regularize their situation regarding social security according to the modalities published on the page www.etudiant.gouv.fr/cid104942/la-securite-sociale.html.
c) Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC) Students must regularize their situation regarding the CVEC according to the modalities published on www.cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr.
2. Work-Study Track (Alternance) Tuition fees at the ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education school consist of the following elements:

Student Life and Campus Contribution (only for apprenticeship contracts)
a) Tuition Fees Work-study tuition fees at the ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education school are fully covered by your employer. Professionalization contracts and apprenticeship contracts are authorized by the school. The ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education school will invoice the employer monthly on the sole basis of the training agreement previously signed between the school, the company, and the student at an hourly rate equal to €19 excl. VAT. The student will have nothing to pay. They will receive remuneration from their employer in accordance with the regulations for work-study contracts and in accordance with the contract they have signed with their employer.
b) Social Security Students on an apprenticeship contract must regularize their situation regarding student social security according to the modalities published on the page www.etudiant.gouv.fr/cid104942/la-securite-sociale.html. Students on a professionalization contract will be registered by their employer with the general salaried employees’ social security.
c) Student Life and Campus Contribution Students on an apprenticeship contract must regularize their situation regarding the CVEC according to the modalities published on www.cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr. Students on a professionalization contract are exempt from this contribution.
D. Payment Methods
To pay the sums due, you may either:
Pay in cash (if the amount is less than €1,000) and a receipt will be issued to you.
Pay by check made out to “ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education“, not forgetting to indicate the student’s full name on the back of the check.
Pay by bank transfer to the ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education account at the following bank details:

E. Withdrawal / Right of Retraction
In initial schooling, the student has a period of fifteen days after their enrollment (i.e., from the receipt of their payment of €2,800/€2,400) to exercise, exclusively by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (sent to the following address: ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education, 31 rue Paul Meurice, 75020 Paris, France), their right of withdrawal and claim the reimbursement of sums cashed by ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day. This period is extended until September 30 of the current school year for candidates admitted conditionally and who have not obtained the title allowing them to join ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education (e.g., failure at the Baccalaureate) and having communicated their results before July 15.
In work-study schooling, the student and their company have a trial period of one month during which either party may terminate the contract binding them.
In the case of cancellation due to visa refusal, no reimbursement will be accepted.
For any cancellation made less than 30 days before the start of the training, ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education reserves the right to invoice a forfeit fee of 30% of the training costs.
In case of absence or drop-out during the training course, the latter is payable in full.
Note: In the event that the number of participants in a training course is judged insufficient for pedagogical reasons, ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education reserves the right to adjourn this training. In this case, each student concerned will be proposed either an enrollment in a curriculum of the same level delivered by ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education, or the reimbursement of their tuition fees.
Any dispute that could not be settled amicably will be brought before the Commercial Court of Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris).
