In order to offer you the best possible experience, quality informative content, and access to specific information such as resources (brochure and application file, online enrollment), you may be required to fill out forms. The information collected is then subject to data processing necessary to ensure commercial and marketing follow-up. In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” (Data Protection) Act of January 6, 1978, amended in 2004, you have a right of access, rectification, modification, and deletion regarding your personal data collected on the ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education website. You may exercise this right by sending an email to rgpd@estiam.com.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on May 25, 2018, defines the principles to be respected during the collection, processing, and conservation of personal data. It also guarantees rights for the persons concerned.
Objective:
Personal data is collected for the purpose of allowing the transmission of complementary or personalized information on ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education programs or commercial offers, allowing online registration for these programs, and allowing you to be contacted by one of our advisors to assist you in your application process for one of our programs.
All our forms aim either at a contact or registration request (event or online enrollment), or a request for resources (brochure, application file, etc.) and collect information relating to identity (surname, first name, telephone, email) and information on your academic level (language, diploma obtained, scholarship tier, etc.) within the framework of the online application.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, information regarding racial or ethnic origins, political, philosophical, or religious opinions, trade union membership, health, or the sexual life of a person is not collected and is prohibited (sensitive data).
The information collected is for the exclusive use of ÉSTIAM/Paris.Education.
Rights of Individuals (Art. 16 to 20 of the GDPR):
In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, any person may exercise their right of access, rectification, opposition, limitation of processing, deletion, and portability of data concerning them by making a request by signed letter accompanied by a copy of an identity document to the address of the ÉSTIAM SAS registered office.
Unsubscribing from our emails Within the framework of our email campaigns allowing you to be aware of school events (such as Open Days, coding sessions, “Conseils de Pro”…) and school life, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page of each of our emails.
Recording of Telephone Conversations We inform you that telephone conversations with our training advisors are likely to be recorded in order to measure and improve the quality of the discourse and information given. In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” (Data Protection) Act, you have a right of access and rectification to data concerning you which will be kept for 30 days. To exercise this right, write to us at rgpd@estiam.com. You may oppose the conservation of this recording during the call or by email at rgpd@estiam.com with your surname, first name, concerned telephone number, and the reason for your request.
