Edumundo’s business simulations serve as a central assessment tool across multiple Online MBA modules, fostering practical, experience-based learning. Five modules of the program are evaluated through two distinct interactive simulations designed to enhance analytical thinking, teamwork, and strategic decision-making.

Phone Ventures
Used to assess the Business Strategy, Disruptive Strategies & Entrepreneurship, CSR & Corporate Activism, and Geopolitics & Strategic Foresight modules, this simulation places students in charge of their own international smartphone company. Competing in a dynamic global market, teams aim to capture market leadership while managing financial, strategic, and ethical decisions. CSR, ESG, and sustainability components are deeply embedded, including integration of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Trainers Start-up
Applied in the assessment of Strategic Marketing & Brand Management and People, Culture & Organizational Leadership, this simulation immerses students in the role of a management board leading a start-up athletic footwear company. Participants craft business strategies, set SMART objectives and KPIs, and work to grow their ventures into scalable and sustainable enterprises.
